Live Play Educate was approached to help with the redevelopment of a field area at Copthorne Primary School which is a 2 form entry academy part of the Exceed Academies Trust based in Bradford. The then current outdoor provision was not fit for purpose and unused for most of the time. The area did not enhance learning and challenge the children within the school. We were asked to create a new space for the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils that will enhance both learning and provide challenge.
This Clamber Stack Zio provides the right balance of challenge and risk. Included are climbing nets, scramble logs, drop ropes, balance beams support ropes and a timber climbing wall.
The area was excavated and MOT Type 1 stone imported to offer the most stable base for longevity and then we finished off the project with impact absorbing bonded rubber mulch at the appropriate depths to cover the critical fall height requirements.

The school is really pleased with the end result and the children are already having a great time playing with the new equipment in their playground.
